I feel lousy. I went to work this morning but had to leave before noon. I then came home and slept for nearly 7 hours, and I was fairly well-rested before. I have some nasty food poisoning and am not happy about it. I've lost 2 pounds since this morning. That's bad.
Gonna try and drink some more fluids now.

wow you got sick. Dad was sick this week too, isn't that weird? He was all like NOT running on the way back from the Rutgers game...! Oh yeah, we didn't stay for the whole thing. I feel kinda bad about it but it was nice seeing the come back in the warmth of a house...
